Records unit
The Employee Services Agency Records Unit manages the confidential personnel records for all County of Santa Clara employees. Employee records are confidential documents and cannot be released without proper authority. This authority may be a properly served subpoena, a request from a background investigator, an attorney, or other representative of an employee such as a conservator or guardian. No records will be released without verification of proper documentation, such as a signed, and preferably notarized, authorization and release.
